Acts 1:8 Jerusalem

Acts 1:8 Jerusalem is an approximately 10-week Christian study and discipleship tour operated by Jerusalem Light.

Students study Scripture in the classroom, walk through the land of the Bible, and live in daily Christian community. The experience goes beyond sightseeing. Students study Scripture while visiting the places where much of it happened.

Eligible students may receive college credit through Calvary Chapel University (CCU), subject to CCU’s requirements and approval. Applications are handled directly by our Jerusalem team.

What Students Do

  • Study Scripture through daily classes and classroom instruction
  • Travel throughout Israel on faculty-led, in-depth biblical-site study tours
  • Live together in shared program housing in Jerusalem’s Old City
  • Grow through discipleship, prayer, worship, and Christian community
  • Experience biblical holidays and seasonal rhythms when the program dates align

Why Approximately Ten Weeks?

The longer schedule is intentional. It allows students to connect classroom teaching with the land, return to important locations, study biblical and historical sites in depth, and experience the rhythm of life in Jerusalem. When applicable, students can also encounter biblical holidays and seasons in their setting. This is a sustained educational experience rather than a brief sightseeing trip.
